Welcome everyone to Iron Metal Fitness.  This is something I've been wanting to do for around 4 years now. I have an immense passion for helping, training, and teaching people. I also love designing apparel. But that's second to training.  My goal with this in the long term is to have a full team of trainers and coaches under the Iron Metal Fitness brand.
